How Windows XP Remote Assistance works:

To start a Windows XP remote assistance call, simply follow these steps:
  • Contact us via email or telephone (516.322.8434) so we can schedule a time for your session.
  • Make payment via snail mail or online through paypal.com***
  • Click Start, click Help and Support, and then click Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance. This is located under the Ask for assistance heading.'
  • Click Invite someone to help you, and then select Save Invitation as a file.
  • Enter your name, and then choose a time on the Set the Invitation to Expire drop down box, (the default is 1 hour). Click Continue.
  • Type in a password (which should be 'yos') and then click Save Invitation. The Save File dialog box appears. Save the file to the My Document folder.
  • Open the My Document folder, select the invitation file, and then click Email this file
  • Enter noran01@youronlysolution.com and send the email.
  • If you get an error about not being able to send the email, open your personal email client (Outlook, America Online, Hotmail, etc..) and compose an email to noran01@youronlysolution.com and attach the file you saved in My Documents.
