
How Windows XP Remote Assistance works:
To start a Windows XP remote assistance call, simply follow these steps:
Contact us via email or telephone (516.322.8434) so we can schedule a time for your session.
Make payment via snail mail or online through paypal.com***
Click Start, click Help and Support, and then click Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance. This
is located under the Ask for assistance heading.'
Click Invite someone to help you, and then select Save Invitation as a file.
Enter your name, and then choose a time on the Set the Invitation to Expire drop down box, (the default is 1 hour). Click Continue.
Type in a password (which should be 'yos') and then click Save Invitation. The Save File dialog box appears. Save the file to the My
Document folder.
Open the My Document folder, select the invitation file, and then click Email this file
Enter noran01@youronlysolution.com and send the email.
If you get an error about not being able to send the email, open your personal email client (Outlook, America Online, Hotmail, etc..) and compose
an email to noran01@youronlysolution.com and attach the file you saved in My Documents.
